Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Policy
We want you to love your Emkays Fitness Wear purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at Emkaysfitnesswear@gmail.com with details of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, like gift cards, cannot be returned. Additionally, sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.

5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
